The challenge of providing care continues against a backdrop of an ageing population living longer and governments with empty pockets who struggle with pension and care bills.
At Private Home Care, we believe people like to stay in their own homes for as long as possible, however there may come a time (with age or disability) where nursing home care is the appropriate option. Each person's needs are different It is best that a holistic care plan, which can involve the person themself, family members, and their extended healthcare team of doctors, PHNs, and medical professionals in care providers (if any), consider all options.
At Private Home Care, we always consider the best needs of the client - whether it is care in the home, or nursing home care. We are also happy to faciliate a family meeting on this subject. We have decades of experience on the subject of caring for a person. We can suggest topics that need to be considered and advise on all areas of concern.
